Chocolate and exotic baked oats

Baked Oats for Breakfast!

Do you remember my delicious recipe of baked oats I shared with you? You can find it again here: Comfy and Sweet spicy baked oats

Back to school and work for most of us this week, and back to high speed!
So, I share this version with you, made with bananas and chocolate with a hint of fruits that is super comfy and balanced and will smooth your morning rituals!

Ingredients for 4 persons or 4 breakfasts:
- 2 cups of rolled oats (choose gluten free ones if coeliac)
- 1 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup of goji berries or dried mango
- 1 tsp of raw cacao
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 crushed banana
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups of coconut milk

Mix all together, and pour in an oven tray for 25 min at 180C.

Additional tips:
Now, the great thing is you can prepare it in advance and have it in your fridge or freezer wrapped in a plastic film. Put it 30 sec in the microwave if you are in a hurry, or grill it a little bit in the oven. You can also have it as a snack.

It is really one of the best, fullest and yummiest breakfast for the fall and winter time! And as always, feel free to change the ingredients.

Your turn now! What would you like to put in your baked oats?
